Bridget Cavaiola Stone has significant experience in the arts and education field. Bridget has held various roles at different organizations throughout their career. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as an English and Theater Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools. During that time, they developed curriculum, instructed students in English and theater, and directed multiple drama performances.

From 2010 to 2016, Bridget served as an Adjunct Faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County, where they continued to teach and contribute to the development of educational programs. Bridget also worked as a Teaching Artist at Young Audiences/Arts for Learning Maryland from 2013 to 2016, providing arts education to K-12 students.

In 2016, Bridget became a Master Teaching Artist at Arts for Learning San Diego, where they taught K-12 students and led professional development training for teachers and fellow teaching artists. Bridget also served as a Teacher/Performer at Finest City Improv and an Independent Consultant, delivering guest lectures and corporate training.

From 2017 to the present, Bridget has worked at La Jolla Playhouse, starting as a Teaching Artist and eventually becoming the Director of Learning. In this role, they oversee all budget assumptions, staff assignments, partner agreements, and program development. Bridget is responsible for managing a department that impacts over 30,000 individuals each year and acts as the executive producer for the Performance Outreach Program.

Throughout their career, Bridget has demonstrated a passion for arts education, curriculum development, and program management. Bridget has a strong background in teaching, mentoring, and creating engaging learning experiences for students of all ages.

Bridget Cavaiola Stone's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Gender Studies from Washington College, which they received in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communicating in Contemporary Cultures at Notre Dame of Maryland University. In 2007-2008, they obtained a Certificate in Teaching in Secondary Schools from the same university. Finally, they completed their education at Notre Dame of Maryland University with a Maryland State Certification Administrator I in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, which they received in 2011.
