Paula Córdoba

Paula Córdoba is an experienced journalist currently working at La Nación - Costa Rica since January 2024, focusing on informative news and investigative reports in political and governmental topics, and overseeing the section dedicated to fact-checking misinformation, #NoComaCuento. Previously, Paula held roles at Imacorp as an account executive, managing press relations and communication strategies, and at La Nación from February 2022 to July 2023 as a journalist covering judicial news, security, and crime. Paula's early experience includes a professional internship at SINART, coordinating audiovisual materials for the program Zoom Electoral, and a journalism internship at Punto y Aparte CR, where Paula produced a report on education. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidad Internacional de las Américas.
