Rached Fradi

Rached FRADI has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rached is currently working as a Project Director/Delivery Manager at Le Groupe La Poste since April 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as an Associate Director at MASDAR Consulting starting from December 2017. Rached also worked at celio as an SAP CX/Hybris Technical Project Manager from April 2018 to May 2020.

Before joining celio, Rached held positions at Le Groupe La Poste, where they worked as a Hybris Technical Leader from May 2017 to April 2018 and as a Hybris Technical Manager from December 2015 to May 2017. Rached also worked as a Hybris Lead Developer at VISEO from September 2014 to December 2015.

Prior to their experience at VISEO, Rached was a Hybris-Java Senior Developer at Novedia Group from January 2013 to September 2014. Rached actively participated in the development of the www.galerieslafayette.com website using the Hybris B2C platform, along with implementing its Responsive Design version.

Before entering the ecommerce industry, Rached worked at Capgemini in various roles. Rached served as an Engineer for the Portail Orange Mobile project from January 2012 to December 2012. Rached also held the position of Java EE Developer from July 2011 to December 2011, and prior to that, as a Java-Jee Developer from January 2010 to July 2011.

In 2009, Rached began their career as a Java-Jee Developer at Capgemini from March 2009 to September 2009.

Rached FRADI completed the Management et Gestion des Organisations degree at ESSEC Executive Education from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingénieur, specializing in Internet & Multimédia, from Polytech Marseille from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Rached FRADI also holds certifications in SAP Hybris Commerce 6.0 Development from SAP (obtained in 2018) and Spring Core 3.2 from SpringSource (obtained in 2015).
