Ella Westin

Ella Westin, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Global QA Innovation Manager at La Prairie Switzerland since January 2024. Previously, Ella held various roles at Oatly from June 2021 to January 2024, including QA Innovation Manager and QA Category Lead for the EMEA supply chain. Ella’s experience also includes working as a QA Food Protection Support Specialist at Tetra Pak from September 2018 to June 2021, and as a Pharmaceutical QC Specialist at APL from September 2017 to September 2018. Ella began a research career in Medical Science at Lund University, where a researcher position was held from September 2012 to February 2017, following the attainment of a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from Lund University in 2016. Ella's early career included a role as Quality and Laboratory Manager at Khavar dairy co. from September 2005 to September 2007, and a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology obtained from Lund University in 2011.
