Theresa Lei, MS, currently serves as the Lead of Regulatory and Food Scientist at La Terra Fina since July 2025. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at Columbus Craft Meats from June 2021 to July 2025, including Senior Food Scientist, Associate Senior Food Scientist, and Food Scientist. Theresa's experience also includes a prior tenure at La Terra Fina as a Senior Food Scientist & Regulatory Specialist from September 2020 to June 2021, and significant roles at Conagra Brands (June 2016 - September 2020) as both a Food Scientist and Senior Food Labeling Specialist. Earlier experience encompasses a position at Unilever Food Solutions as a Regulatory Specialist, Columbus Foods, LLC as a Regulatory Affair Specialist and Food Technologist, and USDA as a Food Science Technologist. Educationally, Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis.
