Jess Glasson (she/her)

Jess joined LAB Group in June 2022 as Assistant Operations Manager.

Bringing with her almost a decade of administrative experience, she has held a number of roles including office manager, EA/PA, bookkeeper and receptionist, where she has also gained experience in HR management, contract management, sales and marketing.

In her more recent roles, she has been pivotal in implementing, sustaining and improving critical operational systems.

Jess is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business part-time at Deakin University online.

In her spare time, Jess keeps active by practicing yoga, lifting weights and the occasional paddle board in Port Phillip Bay. She enjoys cooking, eating, travelling and spending time with her dog, Frankie.
