Tim Tsiamis

Tim has over 10+ years of operations experience in the superannuation and investments, film production and digital healthcare industries. Seven of those years were at NAB in several roles including client services, QA, leadership, implementation and change management.

Tim was then approached by a friend to take up a role as Operations Manager in a small wedding and commercial film production company. Tim managed sales, finance, HR, business development and other important functions and helped the business grow at its fastest ever rate. During his time there, Tim relocated with his wife Victoria to London to help grow the European market and eventually sought a new challenge by joining Zava, one of Europe’s largest digital healthcare players as an Operations Manager. He managed internal projects, vendor partnerships and led the building and facilities team.

Tim returned to Melbourne to start a family and Victoria gave birth to their daughter Cleo in March 2021. In his spare time, he loves supporting Arsenal football club, following consumer technology trends, eating, travelling and spending time with his family.

Tim brings varied and diverse experience in operations and leadership to LAB and is focused on delivering change effectively and safely as well as looking for ways to continuously improve processes and deliver positive outcomes for the business.
