Aaron Kaylor

Aaron Kaylor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aaron started their career in 1994 as the Vice President of O & M Services, where they managed sales, client contact, and nationwide field operations. Aaron also worked on database design, consulting, and quality control functions. After leaving O & M Services in 2001, Aaron became the Marina Manager at Forever Resorts, overseeing boat rental, sales, and commercial tour boat operations. Aaron then worked as an Insurance Agent at Tri Lakes Insurance Group from 2007 to 2014, specializing in P & C insurance and marine risks. In 2014, Aaron briefly served as the Marina Manager at BPS Long Creek Marina before joining Big Cedar Lodge as the Master Inland. In this role, they were responsible for operating tour boats, implementing crew training, and ensuring USCG compliance. Aaron briefly worked as a 3rd Mate at Transocean in 2022 before becoming the Chief Mate/DPO at Laborde Marine, LLC.

Aaron Kaylor attended Hollister High School from 1989 to 1992.
