Yvonne Vennemann

Yvonne Vennemann has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Yvonne is currently working as the Director of Commercial Operations, International at Laborie since February 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Cantel Medical, including Geschäftsführerin/Managing Director for Cantel DE (Cantel Germany GmbH - CPG) from February 2020 to February 2022. Yvonne also served as the Director of Legal & Compliance - EMEA from December 2018 to January 2020, and as the Senior International Counsel in the Legal & Compliance department from April 2018 to November 2018.

Before joining Cantel Medical, Yvonne worked as the Senior European Legal Manager at Glenmark Arzneimittel GmbH from September 2016 to 2018. Yvonne also served as the Senior Legal Counsel at Sandoz International GmbH, where they focused on Global Product Development, BD&L, and Global Biopharma, Oncology Injectables, Product Development from 2012 to 2016.

Yvonne's earlier experiences include working as the Head of Legal & Contractual Affairs and Senior Legal Counsel at AiCuris GmbH & Co. KG from 2007 to 2012. Yvonne also worked as an Assessor at Wirtschaftskanzlei Kuschel from 2006 to 2007 and as an Internship - Senior Legal Counsel at Law Firm Bass, Fargason, Booth, St. Clair & Richards in 2005.

Yvonne began their career as an Attorney at Kanzlei Gabrielli, Kaufer, Müller & Kollegen in 2002 and as a Trainee/Junior Legal Counsel at Kanzlei Meidert & Kollegen in 2001.

Yvonne Vennemann completed their Abitur at Ignaz-Taschner Gymnasium in Dachau from 1986 to 1995. Yvonne then attended the University of Augsburg, where they obtained their 1. Staatsexamen in Law from 1995 to 2000. Yvonne went on to pursue their Referendariat (2. Staatsexamen) in Munich from 2000 to 2002, obtaining a full qualification as a lawyer. In 2007, they successfully participated in a specialist course in Health Care Law at Deutsche Anwaltakademie. Additionally, from 2007 to 2009, they completed a degree course in Pharmaceutical Law, specializing in Pharmarecht, at the University of Marburg.
