Tamanna Sharma

Tamanna Sharma has worked in the field of human resources for several different companies. Tamanna started their career at Kirloskar Brothers Limited in 2011 as a Management Trainee in Human Resources. Tamanna then moved to Wipro in 2012, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in HR until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Asset One (Pty) Ltd as a Project Manager for HR and Payroll. Currently, they are working at LabourNet, where they have held various roles since 2018. Tamanna started as an HR Product Manager for the East region, then expanded their responsibilities to include the South, Rustenburg, and Nelspruit regions. Tamanna is currently the Head of the Human Resources Department at LabourNet.

Tamanna Sharma completed a Management Development Programme in B-BBEE from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2010 to 2012. Tamanna also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics & International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they completed from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Tamanna Sharma has obtained several certifications. Tamanna acquired the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators certification from LinkedIn in June 2023. In 2016, they obtained the Skills Development certification from Sage, the Annual Labour Law certification from Global Business Solutions, and the Practical Labour Law certification from the University of Cape Town.
