Beth Paulsen has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Beth began their career as a Content Manager for OnPoint Innovative Learning Environments in 2011. In 2013, they moved to West Coast Corporation as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where they designed layouts for catalogs, updated packaging design, assisted with product development, and designed P. O. P. In 2014, they took on two roles: Office Manager for Friends Community Church and Freelance Graphic Designer for Green Suites Hotel Solutions. In 2015, they became a Graphic Designer for Concordia Supply. From 2017 to 2021, Beth held three roles: Marketing Director for Primal Pastures, Marketing Communications Specialist for University College - Azusa Pacific University, and Content & Brand Manager for LabStats. In 2020, they also became the Owner of Paulsen Studio. During their time at LabStats, Beth rebranded the company and redesigned the website in 2021, and increased organic web traffic by 80.

Beth Paulsen has a background in Graphic Design, having attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2006 to 2010. Beth has also completed four certifications from IDEO U and Google. These include Foundations in Design Thinking, From Ideas to Action, Insights for Innovation, and Google Analytics for Beginners, all obtained in 2019 and 2020.
