Matthew T. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Technical Product Manager at LabTwin – Digital Lab Assistant. In this role, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compatibility and facilitates efficient product delivery to clients.

Prior to their current position, Matthew worked at Thryve from August 2019 to December 2022. As a Product Owner, they played a crucial role in building and shaping the ETL data engine, growing the company from seeding stage to Later Stage VC, and expanding the team. Additionally, they led the Thryve academy program, providing onboarding, training, and mentoring to non-tech employees and new joiners.

Before joining Thryve, Matthew worked at EY as a Senior Business Consultant from August 2016 to February 2018. Matthew then gained experience as a Transfer Pricing Associate at KPMG from April 2015 to August 2016, conducting financial and economic analysis and assisting companies in compliance with transfer pricing laws.

Matthew's early experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Supply Chain Economics Research Center (SCERC) from November 2014 to March 2015. In this position, they assisted in conducting a baseline study and was responsible for data analysis, drafting reports, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and managing relationships with governments and local businesses.

Matthew T. began their education at Prince's Royal College from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a high school degree in Math and Science. Matthew then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chiang Mai University from 2010 to 2014.

In 2018, Matthew enrolled in the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and completed a Master's degree in International and Development Economics in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Matthew obtained the DAAD EPOS Scholarship from the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service in February 2018. More recently, in February 2020, they achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org. In 2022, they earned two professional certificates from DataCamp, namely the Data Analyst Professional Certificate and the Data Scientist Professional Certificate. In January 2023, Matthew acquired the Machine Learning Engineering for Production (MLOps) certification from DeepLearning.AI and the Microsoft Certified Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Matthew also obtained the Microsoft Certified Azure AI Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, again in February 2023. Lastly, in October 2020, they achieved the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
