Miriam Estrada has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Miriam is currently the Head of Customer Success at LabTwin - Digital Lab Assistant since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini Invent as a Senior Consultant in the Pharma and MedTech sector from March 2019 to October 2022. Before joining Capgemini, Miriam was associated with S&P Global Market Intelligence, where they held multiple roles including Relationship Manager for the DACH region, Account Manager for Germany and Switzerland, and Product Consultant. Miriam worked at S&P Global from January 2014 to October 2017. Miriam's early career included a role as a Radiochemistry Lab Associate at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute from May 2010 to October 2011.

Miriam Estrada has a diverse education history with a focus on pharmaceutical sciences and medicinal chemistry. Miriam obtained an MSc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Medicinal Chemistry from Freie Universität Berlin, starting in 2017 and completing it in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of International Business degree from Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2013. Miriam's undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Ottawa, where they earned a BSc Honours in Biopharmaceutical Science with a Specialization in Medicinal Chemistry from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Miriam obtained a Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org in June 2020.
