Juana Karina Luna is an experienced professional in the fields of accounting, human resources, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Accounting Analyst at Lacerta Group, LLC since March 2023, Juana has previously operated as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Point32Health from September 2022 to March 2023, and as a Talent Experience Coordinator at Randstad Sourceright from July 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience also includes the role of Appointment Coordinator at Care New England from October 2018 to July 2021. Juana holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from St. Petersburg College.
