Dennise E. Tapia

Dennise E. Tapia currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources-Corporate / Retail at Lacoste, leading the HR function for both corporate and retail segments, while implementing HR strategies on a global scale. Prior to this role, Dennise served as Sr. VP of Worldwide Human Resources at GoDigital Media Group, overseeing the organization's People, Culture, and Climate initiatives. Dennise has extensive experience in human resources, having held senior roles at Marcolin, Ferrari North America, and ATC, among others. Education includes a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.
