Michael Buth

Michael Buth is an experienced quality assurance professional with a focus on food safety and compliance. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Quality Assurance at Lactalis American Group since November 2020, Michael previously held roles including Senior Quality Manager for Client Relations and Own Brand Foods QA Supplier Management Specialist at Meijer. Michael's expertise encompasses FSMA-FSVP compliance, supplier risk assessments, product specification management, and food safety program analysis across various product types. Early career experiences include quality analysis for private label foods at Daymon Worldwide and quality control management at Kellogg Company. Michael holds a BS in Biology and a BA in French from Grand Valley State University, along with experience at Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
