Drew Middleton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Drew started their career in 2007 with a work experience opportunity at Players Lounge Limited, where they gained insight into the commercial aspects of being a football agent. In 2009, they had a brief work experience at Channel 4 Television Corporation.

From 2009 to 2011, Middleton worked as a Customer Assistant at Tesco PLC. Following this, they served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Kent from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Middleton worked as a Bartender at Stonegate Pub Company Limited for a short period. In 2015, they had a role as a PR Assistant/Intern at Blue Rubicon, working on campaigns for clients such as McDonald's UK and Coca-Cola UK.

From 2015 to 2016, Middleton worked at Bauer Media, starting as an Online and Editorial Intern and eventually becoming a Deputy Digital Editor and Writer for ZOO Magazine. Drew managed the company's social media channels and saw significant growth in online audience engagement.

Middleton then worked at BlueJam Media as a Content Creator & Editor and later as a Content Strategist & Digital Marketer. Here, they launched and formulated strategies for various social media channels like Instagram and Snapchat.

In 2016, they joined black+blum as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they managed global B2C digital marketing channels and achieved substantial revenue growth.

Lastly, Middleton joined LADbible Group in 2017 and has held various roles, including Marketing & Activation Executive, Commercial Campaign Strategist, Senior Strategist, Associate Strategy Director, and currently as the Head of Social Platform Strategy.

Drew Middleton attended Greenshaw High School in Sutton, Surrey from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a high school degree. After that, from 2009 to 2011, Drew attended the same school and obtained a high school degree again. Following high school, Drew attended the University of Kent from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Linguistics. In addition to their formal education, Drew has also obtained various certifications, including a vInspired v100 Volunteering Certificate from vInspired in 2012, a Cineclub Certificate in Film Production from the British Film Institute in 2010, an Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills (ICSK - Level 2) from CPCAB - Counselling Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body in 2010, an FA 1st4sport Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football from The Football Association in 2009, a Certificate in Digital Applications (CIDA) from Edexcel & Pearson UK in 2009, and an Award in Digital Applications (CIDA) from Edexcel & Pearson UK in 2008.
