Sanjay Manocha

Sanjay Manocha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sanjay is currently working as the Chief Growth Officer at LAER AI since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director and Legal Technology Products Portfolio Leader at Conduent from 2017 to 2023. Sanjay was also an Advisory Board Member for the Big Data Program at Rutgers University from 2018 to 2020.

Before joining Conduent, Sanjay worked as a Senior Consultant at KrolLDiscovery from 2016 to 2017, where they specialized in large-scale litigation and international fraud and corruption investigations. Sanjay was also actively involved in the company's information governance strategy group.

From 2012 to 2016, Sanjay held the position of Director of Analytics at RVM Enterprises Inc., a leading provider of eDiscovery and information management solutions. Sanjay was responsible for designing defensible and customized solutions for optimizing eDiscovery processes. Sanjay played a key role in the acquisition of N-Tier Discovery, where they had previously served as the Co-Founder and CEO from 2008 to 2012.

Sanjay's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney, Litigation and Regulatory Investigations at Saiber LLC from 2005 to 2009. Sanjay also worked as an IT Associate at Robertson Stephens LLC, a San Francisco-based boutique investment bank, from 2000 to 2001. Robertson Stephens was renowned for its focus on high-growth technology companies during that time.

Sanjay Manocha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, also from Rutgers University. Sanjay further pursued a Doctor of Law - JD specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Seton Hall University School of Law. Sanjay completed their high school education at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and West Windsor Plainsboro High School. In addition to their formal education, Sanjay has obtained various certifications such as Product Management Studio from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Microsoft Equivio STAR Technical Certification from Equivio, and CIPP/US certification from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, among others.
