Rozhgar Barzan

Rozhgar Barzan began their work experience in 2006 as a Purchasing Specialist at Orascom Construction. Rozhgar then moved on to various roles at Lafarge Iraq, starting as a Purchasing Supervisor in 2009 and progressing to roles such as Sourcing Manager, Procurement and Sourcing Manager, and Raw Material Sourcing Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the National Logistics and Planning Manager- Supply Chain, and from 2016 to 2018, they were the Deputy Supply Chain Director. In 2019, they became the Strategy and Business Development Director, and in 2020, they assumed the position of Sales Director and ReadyMix General Manager.

Rozhgar Barzan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Salahaddin University-Erbil, obtained from 2002 to 2006. Rozhgar also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Management and Leadership from the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, earned from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Rozhgar Barzan has obtained various certifications in areas such as leadership, industrial bag technology, procurement and supply chain management, managerial skills, integration into purchasing functions, and coaching to improve performance.
