Nicole Eaton-Chosa

Nicole Eaton-Chosa has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 at Starbucks Coffee as an Assistant Store Manager and later becoming a Store Manager until 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at ProTransport-1 and then as a Human Resources Assistant at GCX. From 2013 to 2017, Nicole served as an HR/Payroll Specialist at Lagunitas Brewing Company. Nicole then moved up to the role of HRIS & Compensation Analyst from 2017 to 2019. Nicole also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lagunitas Brewing Company from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HR Operations at Lagunitas Brewing Company, where they are responsible for designing, planning, and implementing corporate compensation and benefits programs. Nicole ensures that these programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost-effective.
