Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in the fields of organic product retail, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. As the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for personal and environmental care. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist at a private practice and as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from February 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
