Noelle K. Chun

Noelle K. Chun serves as the HR Program Manager for Lake Washington School District since August 2019, overseeing learning and talent development programs for over 1,000 employees while implementing a paraeducator certificate program. Prior experience includes a role as Program Operations Specialist at UW Medicine, where Noelle led continuous improvement initiatives for training across 200+ clinics, and as Learning Consultant at Farmers Insurance, transforming training delivery models and serving as Product Owner for a digital adoption platform. Noelle's background also includes project management for digital publishing at Pearson North America and an academic position as Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance at Ohio Wesleyan University. Educational credentials include an MBA from Washington State University, a BA from Beloit College, and an MFA from The Ohio State University.
