CEO and Executive Team

The current executive team at Lakeland Behavioral Health System has a long history with the company. The CEO and Chief Operations Officer both previously worked as directors at the company. The Director of Business Development also has a long history with the company, having worked as the Director of Admissions and Social Services at Lakeland Regional Hospital. All three members of the executive team have degrees in social work or psychology from Missouri State University or Southwest Baptist University.
