Bernard Derroitte

Bernard Derroitte is an experienced art professional and climbing wall instructor with a diverse background in the arts and sports. Since September 1998, Bernard has been the owner of Armstrong Fine Art and, since June 2018, also owns Mesh Art Gallery. Additionally, Bernard serves as a part-time climbing wall instructor at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, a role held since March 2014, and previously worked as Head Of Maintenance at The Maggie Dailey Park Climbing Wall from April 2016 to November 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Climbing Wall Instructor at Lakeshore Athletic Club from December 2004 to September 2011. Bernard holds a Master of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from KU Leuven, supplemented by an Erasmus program at Freie Universität Berlin, and a high school diploma in Classics from Abdijschool van Zevenkerken.
