Kari Shiflett

Kari Shiflett has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in companies such as Lakeside Industries and Boeing. Kari is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lakeside Industries, where Kari oversees all aspects of the HR function. Kari was also a board member at Women of Asphalt, a national coalition supporting women in the asphalt industry. With a Master's degree in Behavioral Medicine from Northcentral University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Washington State University, Kari is well-equipped to lead and drive strategic HR initiatives.
