Brian Morris has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on consulting and customer success. Brian currently works as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Lakeside Software and previously held roles at Tricentis, where they were an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Senior Consultant, managing client relationships and leading software testing transformation programs in Switzerland. Before this, they founded a consulting practice, Audentis LLC, where they held the position of Principal Consultant for over a decade and managed five consultants while implementing ITIL processes. Brian also worked at Column Technologies, where they led the Service Assurance Practice and a team of six consultants. As a Senior Consultant at the same company, they provided consulting services based around ITIL best practices to clients in the US federal, state and local, and commercial spaces. Additionally, they worked at Accenture as an Analyst, where they implemented ITIL compliant processes and functions, including Service Desk and Change Management.
Brian Morris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ohio University, with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services. Brian also earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Ohio University. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several professional certifications in areas such as project management, software testing, and cloud computing. These certifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, a Professional Certificate in Automated Software Testing from Technische Universiteit Delft, and an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Brian has also obtained various certifications in software technologies, security, and project management from organizations such as CompTIA, Scrum Alliance, BMC Software, AppDynamics, APM Group, and EXIN.
