Namrata Rathore

Namrata Rathore has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd. since November 2018. Prior to this role, Namrata worked as an HR Business Partner at RIVIGO for a brief period from May to October 2018. Namrata's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager HR at Future Group from August 2012 to March 2018 and as an HR Associate at Hindustan Zinc Ltd., Vedanta Resources from February 2009 to July 2011. Namrata holds an MBA in HR from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, completed between 2007 and 2009, and a certification in Basic Process Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
