Laura Gregory

Laura Gregory is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fitness and IT management. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Lakota Family YMCA since December 2018, Laura teaches aqua fitness classes and provides substitutions for other instructors. After retiring from Procter & Gamble in June 2015, Laura plans to travel and engage in outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and scuba diving. During a lengthy career at Procter & Gamble from 1986 to 2015, Laura held various roles, including Identity Management Solutions Manager and positions related to information security and IT. Prior experience includes forestry positions at Buckeye Cellulose Corp. from 1979 to 1986, focusing on forest engineering and timber information systems support. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Virginia Tech.
