Eoin Mahood

Eoin Mahood is currently a Mechanical Engineering Intern at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, having started in May 2024. Previously, Eoin held various leadership positions within Lambda Chi Alpha Epsilon Mu Zeta, including Internal Vice President and Executive Board Member, where responsibilities involved organizing events, overseeing committees, and managing merchandise. Eoin also served as New Member Educator, creating an award-winning curriculum, and held roles such as Secretary and Interfraternity Council Delegate. Experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Trew, where Eoin developed work instructions and designed assembly lines, and research as an Associate at GLADE Research Lab, focusing on educational games using virtual reality. Additional involvement includes leadership roles with the Freshman Leadership Engineering Group that emphasize mental health support and mentorship. Eoin Mahood is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida, anticipated to graduate in December 2024.
