Manoj Kumar Kumar has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Manoj Kumar is currently working as the VP of Developer Relations at LambdaTest since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Leadership Committee Member at Selenium starting from 2018.

In 2012, Manoj was an Individual Contributor and a member of the Project Leadership Committee at Selenium, where they made contributions to the Selenium project.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Thoughtworks, initially as a Market Tech Principal - SEA & Australia and Digital Accessibility Advocate. Manoj Kumar also held roles as a Technical Principal- Accessibility and Global QA SME - Practice Lead India during their tenure at Thoughtworks.

Before joining Thoughtworks, Manoj founded and served as the Chief Evangelist at Assertify Consulting from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they were mainly engaged with Applitools as a full-time consultant while working with clients in the Fintech, Retail, and Start-up sectors.

Prior to that, Manoj worked at Applitools - Automated Visual Testing from 2017 to 2020, where they held the position of Lead - Solution Engineering & Developer Experience, APAC. Manoj Kumar was responsible for various tasks such as technical architecture, consulting engagements, training, and driving adoption of Applitools.

Earlier in their career, Manoj worked at IAG as a Digital Platform Architect from 2014 to 2017, focusing on release management, BDD framework development, automation, and mobile scenario automation.

Manoj's work experience also includes a tenure at Wipro Technologies from 2009 to 2014, where they held the position of Technical Lead.

Manoj Kumar Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras in 2009. Manoj Kumar then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completing it in 2013. Manoj Kumar recently enrolled in the Leadership and Management program at Harvard Business School Online, which they will complete by 2023. Additionally, Manoj holds certifications in various subjects such as accessibility, human-computer interaction, machine learning, and Microsoft technologies.
