Juha Korhonen

Juha Korhonen has extensive work experience in various roles within the marine propulsion industry. Juha currently serves as the Director of Delivery Support at Lamor, where they oversee the daily operations of suppliers, logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing. Prior to this, Juha worked at ABB in multiple positions, including Vice President of Global Sourcing, Operations Development Manager for Russian Localization, Head of Operations, General Manager of Propulsion Solutions in China, Production Manager, Director of Technology & Development, Development & Quality Manager in supply chain management, and Production Quality Manager. In these roles, Juha was responsible for managing global supply chains, setting up local factories, leading project deliveries, and overseeing manufacturing, testing, quality control, and logistics operations.

Juha Korhonen pursued their education at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 1997 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Master of Science in Engineering degree with a specialization in Production Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Juha also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Methods Group in December 2018.
