Margherita Pazienza-Gelmetti

Margherita Pazienza-Gelmetti has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Margherita currently serves as the Head of People at Lampoo, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the People Operations Manager at The Level Group from 2018-2021, where they were responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding & Learning Programs, Internal Engagement & Company Culture, and Employer Branding. Before that, they held three positions at L'Oréal from 2014-2018, including Recruiting Specialist & Employer Branding Coordinator, Learning & Development Specialist, and Jr Learning & Development Specialist.

Margherita Pazienza-Gelmetti completed a Master of Science in Management with a major in Human Resources from Università Bocconi from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi from 2009 to 2012. In 2008, they attended Tranby College Baldivis, Perth (AUSTRALIA) as a boarding student for a summer program for foreign students. Margherita also obtained a Scientific High School Diploma from Liceo scientifico Leonardo da Vinci - Pescara (Italy) from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Personal Branding - Build your dream career certification from The Business of Fashion in May 2020.
