Marc Moffitt

Marc Moffitt has been working in the real estate industry since 2002. In 2012, they began working as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the University of North Texas, teaching the senior level Real Estate Valuations course, Law of Agency, and Principles of Real Estate. In 2022, they began working as the Senior Vice President at Land Intelligence, Inc., where they oversee and directs Project Management and Business Development and serves as a Subject Matter Expert in cutting edge proptech software development. Additionally, they are the General Partner and Chief Investment Officer at the National Land Development Fund, LP, where they manage and directs investment activity for private equity real estate fund.

Marc Moffitt received their Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 2001, majoring in Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, & Law. Marc later returned to the University of North Texas to pursue a Masters of Public Administration, which they completed in 2011, specializing in Public Finance and Tax Policy.
