Danielle Eggen

Danielle Eggen has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Danielle began their career in 1998 as a Recruiter for Brunel. In 1999, they moved to Atrium MC as an HR Advisor. In 2000, they joined Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV as an HR Consultant and later as Manager of HR Consultants. Danielle then joined Vodafone in 2005 as an HR Consultant Outsourcing. In 2006, they moved to War Child Holland where they held the positions of HR Manager and HR Advisor. In 2012, they joined Cordaan as a Senior Policy Advisor. In 2015, they became the HR Manager for Sonion. In 2020, they joined Kinderfonds MAMAS as an Interim HR Professional and Heimstaden Nederland as Head of People & Culture Netherlands. Most recently, they are the Head of People & Culture at Land Life Company.

Danielle Eggen completed their Masters in Business Economics at Maastricht University between 1990 and 1997. Danielle then went on to complete a Post Master in HR Strategy at AOG School of Management between 2010 and 2011. Danielle has also completed several trainings, and most recently obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Elementary Education and Teaching from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2019 and 2020.
