Jaden Cashion started working at Best Buy in 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist and later held the position of Sales Consultant. In these roles, they provided customer service, sold tech solutions, and performed tasks such as OS reinstalls and data backups. In 2020, they transitioned to the Geek Squad team, where they utilized their understanding of various operating systems, troubleshooted IT/tech issues, and excelled in selling tech solutions. In 2021, Jaden joined EchoPark Automotive as an Automotive Salesperson and then moved on to work at LeadGenius as an Associate Account Manager.

Jaden Cashion began their education at Kennesaw State University - Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology in 2018. They pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 2021. Following this, in the same year, Jaden enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion Merchandising.
