Lew Dyer, MS, BSN, RN, FACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2007, they served as the Chief Nursing Officer and Flight Nurse for the Combat Surgical Company during Operation Iraqi Freedom. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as the Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department of Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC. Lew then moved on to U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan, where they held the role of Vice President for Primary Care / Director of Branch Medical Clinics from 2010 to 2012, and later served as the Director of Emergency Medical Services / Department Head of the Emergency Medicine Department from 2009 to 2010. Lew Dyer continued their career in Naval Hospital Beaufort as the Director of Healthcare Operations from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they became the Chief Administrator of Clinical Health Services in Parris Island, South Carolina from 2014 to 2017. Lew Dyer then joined the US Navy, holding multiple progressive administrative and leadership roles as the Director, Healthcare Business from 2017 to 2021, and as Interim COO, Quality and TJC Consultant, Healthcare Business Director from 2017 to 2019. Lew went on to work for Humana as the Program Delivery Lead in 2021, followed by Optum as the Associate Director of Data Solutions from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Lew Dyer is the Director of Health Services at Landmark Health, starting from April 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership, business development, quality initiatives, and analytical imperatives, with a focus on delivering patient-centered results.

Lew Dyer has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and a Master's Degree in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. Lew also holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Industrial Technology from Berry College and an A.A. in Pre-Engineering from Brevard College. Lew is a Registered Nurse, certified by the Board of Nursing South Carolina, and holds additional certifications such as Certified Professional in Health Risk Management, Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), and Fellow American College of Health Executives (FACHE). Lew also has a certification in Quality and Safety from IHI.
