Tom Elliott is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the health and benefits industry. As Co-Founder of Lane Health since December 2019, Tom contributes to making high deductible health plans more accessible through innovative Health Savings Accounts. Previously, Tom served as Chief Client Officer at Flipt, where the focus was on revolutionizing pharmacy benefits, and as Senior Vice President at UnitedHealthcare, leading a $1.3 billion segment. Tom's leadership roles include President of Health & Benefits at Mercer, where revenue growth and client retention were prioritized, and President of Global Commercial Industries at Unisys Corp. Tom began the career at Arthur Andersen, culminating in roles such as Managing Partner for Markets & Solutions. Tom holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
