Annika Fahlcrantz

Annika Fahlcrantz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and HR processes. Currently serving as HR Process Manager at Lantmännen Unibake since January 2017, Annika oversees various project workstreams, including HR Excellence programmes and organizational change initiatives. Prior to this role, Annika held positions such as Senior Consultant at do-be consulting, Account Manager at Strålfors, and Account Manager for the Nordic region at Forrester Research, showcasing a strong background in managing change and creating value. Annika began a career in contract management at Worldwide Xceed Group, Inc. and holds a B.A. in International Marketing and Economics from SUNY New Paltz, along with additional education at Wenell Management and Stockholm University.
