Chris Lennox is an Analytical Scientist at LANXESS since August 2019, with prior experience as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2013 to May 2019. During that time, Chris designed and characterized a novel ruthenium polypyridyl complex and conducted detailed kinetic analyses. As a Teaching Assistant, Chris instructed a senior-level inorganic synthesis laboratory, supervising students and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, Chris was an Undergraduate Researcher at William & Mary from September 2012 to May 2013, synthesizing transition metal complexes and evaluating their potential as proton reduction catalysts. Chris earned a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Chemistry from William & Mary.
