Eric Busch

Eric Busch, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the engineering and metallurgical fields. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at LANXESS since June 2022, Eric has previously held senior project management and engineering roles at Albemarle Corporation from October 2016 to June 2022, as well as at ASARCO from November 2012 to September 2016, where responsibilities included supervisory and metallurgist positions. Eric's earlier experience includes roles at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. and Smurfit-Stone. Eric holds a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, emphasizing a strong academic background in relevant technical disciplines.
