Linda Santos

Linda Santos is an experienced supply chain and procurement leader with a strong history in managing operations across multiple companies. At LANXESS, Linda serves as the Head of Supply Chain Operations for the Noram LAB unit, overseeing a team of nine planners and reporting directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Business Planning. Prior to this role, Linda held the position of Head of Procurement Operations at Chemtura Co/Cie, where responsibilities included managing plant procurement operations and executing significant strategic sourcing plans. Additional experience includes serving as Procurement Manager at Hatco Chemicals, focusing on strategic sourcing and cost savings, and as Purchasing Manager at L.B. Russell Chemicals, where Linda managed global MRP planning and procurement for photographic materials.
