Wannila Thongchan

Wannila Thongchan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Wannila began their career in 1998 as a Legal Administrative Assistant at DFDL, where they worked until 2001. Wannila then joined the Lao-German Project at NOSPA as a Translator and Training Assistant until 2003. In 2005, they became a Capacity Development Advisor at SNV. Wannila joined ANZ in 2007, starting as the Head of Human Resources and later transitioning to Head of Marketing, Communications & CSR from 2012 to 2014. Wannila'smost recent position is at Lao Brewery Company, where they have held the roles of HR Development Manager from 2014 to 2018, and currently serves as the Human Resource Director from July 2018 onwards.

Wannila Thongchan has a Master's degree in International Development from the International University of Japan, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Wannila Thongchan completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University from 1994 to 1998. In addition to formal education, Wannila Thongchan has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn.
