Dustin Paugh

Dustin Paugh has a diverse background in event management, marketing, and talent acquisition. Starting as a Media Marketing Coordinator (Intern) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, they progressed through various roles, including Marketing and Inside Sales Manager at Wear Moi, Showcase Director at RAW:natural born artists, and Interim Production Director at NRG Experiential. Dustin'smost recent role was as the Associate Director of Special Events at LA Opera, where they led special events projects for fundraising and community engagement. Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated expertise in budget planning, project management, and client satisfaction.

Dustin Paugh completed a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Media at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2006 to 2011. Dustin then pursued a Master of Science in Music, Media, & Arts Technology at Indiana University Indianapolis from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they received certifications in Non-Profit Management and Integrating Civic Learning into the STEM Classroom.
