Michel has over 25 years of experience working with renowned restaurant groups in Paris, Los Angeles, and New York City. After determining early in his professional career that he enjoyed hospitality over finance, Michel’s first F&B job was at the River Café in New York City. Over the next twenty years Michel worked in several leadership roles with some world-renowned restaurant groups like The Millennium Restaurant Group, Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Auberge Resorts, and Farmshop.
