Loren Karnick

Loren Karnick has a strong legal background with over 34 years of experience. Loren began their career as an Associate at Mayer, Brown & Plat in 1985 and then moved on to Rooks, Pitts & Poust where they worked as an Associate until 1989. Loren then joined Citi where they served as Senior Counsel for 13 years. In 2003, they joined Legalpeople as a Contract Counsel before joining Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Senior Counsel in 2007. Loren was later promoted to Assistant General Counsel and held this role until 2019. Currently, Loren is working as an Associate General Counsel - Contracts at Las Vegas Sands Corp.

Loren Karnick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Political Science, Economics, and History. Following this, they pursued legal studies at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree between 1981 and 1985.
