Jeff Thomas, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff is currently working at LaserAway as the Sr Director of Development and Expansion. Previously, they held the role of Director of Real Estate Development at the same company. Prior to LaserAway, Jeff worked as a Program/Project Manager at Verizon Connect and as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Jeff also served as a Reporting Coordinator at Bridgepoint Education, where they performed data analysis, developed reports, and provided visual diagrams and data to support decision-making. Jeff started their career in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Petty Officer First Class (E-6) / Boatswain's Mate. During their time in the Coast Guard, they maintained vessel maintenance, managed inventory control, and conducted project management for various technical and non-technical projects.
Jeff Thomas, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Project Management from Ashford University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they pursued Graphic & Web Design studies at UC San Diego Extended Studies from 2013 to 2014. In March 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
