Donald Dakoske

Director Of Operations / EHS at Lasko Products

Donald Dakoske has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Donald started their career in 1987 at Thomas & Betts, where they held various roles including Director of Operations for the TDI Batteries Division and Plant Manager for Augat Stamping Division. At Thomas & Betts, they managed large teams and was responsible for P&L, strategic planning, and manufacturing.

In 1999, Dakoske moved to Prestolite Wire Corporation as Director of Operations, Consolidations. Donald successfully consolidated multiple facilities and implemented cost-saving initiatives such as a logistics program and inventory control system.

From 2002 to 2009, Dakoske worked at East Jordan Iron Works as Operations/Distribution Manager. Donald led the implementation of a growth strategy and oversaw P&L, inventory, and margin improvement.

In 2009, Dakoske joined PPC Broadband, Inc. as Director of Operations. Donald played a key role in implementing Lean Manufacturing Strategies across global operations.

Dakoske's next role was as General Manager at Rosenberger North America from 2016 to 2019. Donald had full operational responsibility for the business, including manufacturing, quality, finance, and supply chain. Donald doubled revenue and created key performance indicators that significantly improved the company's bottom line.

Most recently, Dakoske served as the Director of Operations/EHS at Lasko Products since October 2019.

Donald Dakoske obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Adrian College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Prior to that, they attended Traverse City St Francis from 1980 to 1983, but did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from Lake Superior State University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.
