Ragav Khosla

Ragav Khosla has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ragav began their career as a Field Engineer at BT in 1988 and then worked as a Network Support Engineer at Cable & Wireless Communications from 1992 to 1994. Ragav continued in similar roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Cascade Communications LLC, and Ascend Communications before becoming a Senior Network Consultant at Alcatel-Lucent in 1999. Khosla then joined WaveSmith Networks as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they provided pre-sales support to domestic and international customers until 2006.

From 2006 to 2018, Khosla worked at Ciena, initially as a Senior Support Engineer, then as an AT&T Customer Lead Engineer, handling global network issues and implementing action plans. During this time, they also delivered network audits and recommended cost-saving measures for a government network.

In 2018, Khosla joined NetBrain Technologies Inc. as a Pre Sales Systems Engineer, supporting the global sales team and engaging with customers to understand their challenges and align solutions accordingly. Ragav then moved on to LogMeIn in 2019, where they served as a Senior Solutions Consultant for LastPass Identity and Access Management, providing technical sales support for SMB, enterprise, and channel customers.

Currently, Khosla holds the position of Team Lead | Staff Solutions Consultant in the LastPass Partner Team at LastPass, where they provide strategic leadership and manages a team of channel solutions consultants in North America. In this role, they collaborate closely with direct customers and channel sales to understand their needs and align LastPass solutions appropriately.

Ragav Khosla earned a Certificate of Higher Education in Business & Computer Studies from Brunel University London, where they attended from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "CYB001x: Introduction to Cybersecurity" from edX in October 2020, "Carrier Ethernet - Professional" from Ciena in February 2016, and "Carrier Ethernet - Associate" from Ciena in February 2014.
