Shannon Hurlman

Shannon Hurlman has worked in a variety of industries since 2013. Shannon began their career at Vector Marketing as a Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager Candidate, where they managed a customer base of over 200 people, trained over 50 sales reps in the field, sold over $40,000 worth of CUTCO, booked and managed their own clients and appointments, and acted as an assistant manager for the Raleigh pilot office. In 2015, they joined CEB as a Business Development Associate- Middle Market Enterprises, and then moved to the roles of Business Development Specialist and Senior Business Development Specialist. In 2017, they joined Second Nature as a Senior Sales Manager, and in 2022 they began working at Latchel as the Director Of Industry Relations. In this role, they are responsible for building and managing strong industry partnerships that will drive meaningful impact on company revenue and brand recognition. Shannon also works closely with other departments like marketing, sales, CS, and product to keep colleagues aligned with industry trends, up and coming needs, and critical customer feedback.

Shannon Hurlman attended the University of South Carolina Honors College from 2011-2015, where they earned an Honors degree in Business and Spanish. Shannon also attended the University of South Carolina-Columbia from 2011-2015, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management in the fields of Marketing and Global Supply Chain Operations Management.
