Allie Fennell

Allie Fennell has over 18 years of experience in the legal recruitment industry. Allie currently works as the Managing Director for Associate and Partner Recruiting at Lateral Link since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director for Associate, Partner, and In-House Recruiting at Lateral Link from December 2018 to December 2021. Allie also worked as the Director of Attorney Recruiting at Lateral Link from November 2015 to December 2018. Before joining Lateral Link, Allie worked as the Senior Partner for the Legal Division at Lucas Group from November 2009 to October 2015. Allie has also held various roles in attorney recruitment and legal practice at Cambridge Partners, Talley, French & Kendall, and Mary Miller & Associates.

Allie Fennell attended Athens Academy for an unknown period. Allie then pursued their pre-med studies at Wake Forest University from 1993 to 1997 and later obtained their J.D degree in Law from Georgia State University College of Law, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002.
